I bought one of these L-XL robes, and 2 Gildan XL-size t-shirts. The robe is great quality, but is a bit small, doesn't quite close over my chest. However, the same size t-shirts fitted perfectly.... So I think the L/XL's should be labelled just L, and probably the next size up as XL+ or similar. Great robe, but buy a size bigger than you normally would :)
